STEP 1:

TRAINING

So, you’ve just joined a gym. Now what? 

Where do you start? How do you know which exercises are best for you? And how do you know if you’re actually doing them properly? 

With SRPT, you’ll have access to your very own personal trainer and customised program, carefully curated to guide you through the entire transformation process. Learn from detailed videos that teach you how to – and how not to – perform each of the exercises in your program. Plus, you’ll discover loads of tips and tricks to help get the results you deserve!

STEP 2:

NUTRITION

There’s no denying the importance of good nutrition. When you think about it, trying to build a body without the right nutrition is like trying to build a sand castle without the sand!

You can have all the best tools, and all the best plans and intentions (exercise equipment and workouts included). But at the end of the day, you can’t build anything without the sand. 

Transforming your body is exactly the same. 

It all comes down to understanding how to make food work for you. We’ll teach you the skills to eat, train, build, and keep the body of your dreams – because we don’t believe in fad diets, quick fixes or overly restrictive meal plans, we believe in life changing results and the strategies to keep them.

SUPPORT NETWORK

We all know it’s tough to stay motivated on a fitness journey. And if you’re like most people, you’ll have days when you just don’t feel like it, and that’s ok!
